I recently visited this store, which is located just after Rendezvous, Malviya Nagar (while coming from Panchsheel towards Malviya Nagar). My experience there was satisfactory to say the least, thanks to Mr. Gopal, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the various products. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, helping us make an informed decision.
We needed a custom-sized mattress, and Mr. Gopal promptly arranged for his staff to take measurements on the same day. The mattress was delivered on time, and the delivery team was courteous and helpful, even assisting us in moving the old mattress to the outdoor area.
While the price point is slightly higher than other brands, we have been using Sleepwell for a while now and trust their quality. Overall, the service and product quality were excellent, and I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a new mattress.
