The product delivered was as per our expectations. There was an undue delay however, it was worth the wait. Pravin ji was very courteous while selecting the furniture. We ordered sofa, dining table Mandir and Tv cabinet. The quality of goods was very good. Fews tweaks were rectified the next day itself. Overall a good experience.

I had ordered customized sofa with increased length of lounger and decreased height of back rest.
Made sure the order taking guy wrote down the specifications.
Was happy to receive the sofa before time. Loved the color and design...
But, both points were not implemented. After complaining, they changed the length of lounger (with a faulty slope). I have yet to talk to the owner, about decrease in height of back rest. Let me see, how he responds. Shall post his reply here...

We bought a nice sofa 1 month back from Hollywood furniture thru online and from our side a damage happened within the packaged condition. After seeing all these negative reviews we had less hope to approach them for a solution . but we tried and it was amazing that within my first phone call they responded and gave immediate solution to our requests. They send us the repair materials on the same day and share the courier receipt. Can’t expect anything more on customer service. They have taken great care in customer satisfaction.
