It’s indeed been my pleasure interacting with Sleepwell@CR park and a lovely experience of purchasing a mattress with customised size. My mom has a medical condition and I was keen to get a mattress that could address her specific problem. Ms. Deepika was kind enough to discuss the problem with her backend team and offer multiple solutions. She was extremely accommodative through the entire process along with Mr Tilak Raj, who made multiple trips to our home. For instance, the store organised a sample try of the mattress that we intended to buy, given my mom could not travel to the store. The first time unknowingly, i parked my vehicle a couple of stores away from Sleepwell. Later I found out from Ms. Deepika that the store has reserved parking, which I could have requested. I found the price of the mattress to be a little steep. But overall, a wonderful experience given I could get something that my mom is happy with!!
