Before Delivery : Support staff will help you choose and customise the furniture you are looking for.
They are very good in timeline. Delivery is on time.
I was not having lift but the transportation was so smooth noone complained about lift
After Delivery: I see most of furniture shop doesn't entertain post delivery but Gayatri furniture team is make you feel comfortable if any issue they personally come, visit and fix the problem if any. For me I sent them photos if furniture where stitches need to be reframed, they came and fix with no extra charges.
I will recommend Gayatri furniture to all my family and friends.
