One stop shop for all furnishing needs, could have had more collection

Johnsons blinds had given me their number as their dealer. They've gone ahead and drilled holes in my house to install a wrong-sized curtain track (about an inch short on both ends), and blinds that were contrary to specification. Now their representative who came here has started, obviously, saying that this is how I had instructed them. Unfortunately, I made full payment while installation was ongoing upon their representative's insistence as he was focused more on receiving payment than staying there and supervising his labourer, even though I requested him to supervise. I've asked them to repair the tracker and blinds as well as wrongly drilled holes. Let's see whether they resolve it or not. Will update review upon resolution. So far, this has been extremely stressful as they have delayed it by a couple of days saying they don't have the necessary tools available. It's hard to believe they couldn't take simple measurements and instructions after saying they have been doing this work for decades. Other than this, the representative is very polite and will lead you to believe they know what they are doing. Edit: They have fixed the issue. But by cutting a single blind into parts. Resultantly I have visibly cut blinds for the full price of new complete ones. Some of them don't pull well either. They are obviously not interested in fixing it because they've made their money. And when I call the number given in their response below, I'm told mr Amit is very very busy and that they'll call back. But this call back never takes place. I'm not sure why the response has been given at all. Edit: Finally, the issue has been fixed. I called the number given by Ramson's in the reply to this review and he (mr. Amit, once I was finally able to get through) was very helpful and polite. I appreciate that a full resolution has been given even in these trying times and I really appreciate that Ramson's didn't try to charge any further amounts for such resolution.
