The store staff is good no doubt but as per my experince its better you buy matress of any company from online platform only as that would cut short the middle man in between the company and the customer thereby reducing the final price to the customer to the minimum..also ive been cheated and harassed by so many offline store owners that alteast i wont ever buy matress from offline store.. even the brands are well prepared for the online customers by having online exculsive models which you wont ever find in the offline stores.
I would suggest people to visit the brand retail outlet just to have the feel tuch and eperience of the product buy order only from online mode. As that would reduce the price to the lowest but cutting the margins of distributor&dealers.
Also offline store dealers dont give genuine price to the customers you will get different prices for the same product on every other dealer.
